Condolences
Chuck "Chaz", I was truly heartbroken to hear that I have lost my of oldest and dearest friends. Just as soon as we re-connected after a long 20 years, your gone again. It was awesome to talk with you again, not only about past days of Rahway High School, but about how you and Sue made a wonderful life and family together and you put them first ahead of your pain. You will be missed my friend, Rest in Peace.

Sue, I am so sad at Chucks passing. Chuck was a great friend and the memories of him as we were growing up are precious. I will continue to pray for him.
We will never forget Chuck Fama! He was a friend of our son and we played baseball with him and a gang of great young people and had the privilege of watching them grow into fine young men! God text your soul, Chuck! Condolences to the Fama family from Mr. And Mrs. Zolton Ur
We are so saddened by the passing of our good friend and coach, Chuck Fama. A truly amazing, strong, hard working man, he touched so many people with his generosity. We will always remember the great times we had with him. The back yard barbecues, super bowl parties, and pop warner football. Our hearts break for the family, our great friend Sue, always by his side, and his kids Zak and Jessica. Rest in peace my friend, we will never forget you!
With love and sincerity,
The Osbornes

Sue, I was so sorry to hear about Chuck. So many memories of growing up in Rahway and two good and kind people who grew to share a life together. Much love and condolences to your beautiful family.
Dear Susan, Zach, & Jessica,
Words can not describe our sadness in learning of 'Chuckie's passing. Believe me when I tell you it was a magical time growing up in Rahway during the 60s and 70s with our Renna and Fama cousins. I remember when Chuck got the job at Ted's Pizza, a town favorite, and decided culinary arts was his calling. It was fitting that he was named after 'Uncle Charlie', his grandpa Fama, because they both had the same sweet, easy disposition and warming smile. Please accept our sincerest condolences, prayers, and blessings.

My prayers and condolences to Chuck's family. I have worked with Chuck in ShopRite for many years and I always asked how he was doing. He never complained and always had a smile on his face no matter how he felt. RIP Chuck and enjoy having good times with your buddy Artie.
I words can express the bravery of my old friend in his battle. He fought hard and long. We'd chat every week for the past year and he was incredible strong willed to "stay around" for his family.
So many fonder memories from the days in Rahway, and South Plainfield, to the shore.
My condolences to the entire Fama family, his wife Sue and children.
Rest in peace my friend NO MORE pain and suffering!
