He was such a loveable, kind and great man to have in your life and I will certainly miss him. I was honored to have enjoyed his company and blessed to know him. My deepest sympathies for the family and all my love to you at this very hard time.

All the world should know that Frank was the GREATEST brother-in-law there could ever be. He was always there for me when I was hurting, always with a hug and words of wisdom (you know, the kind that would make you laugh). We played cards all the time with Ro and Frank but always some how he won!!

I will miss you terribly but know you are safe now with no more hurt or pain..
