Condolences
Querida familia, Dios los colme de bendicion y fortaleza en este momento de dolor. Mis mas sentido pesame. Sera un hasta luego querido Michael ,Dios te tiene en su reino , Amen
The first time I went over Mike's house back in high school, we went to play Xbox in his room and when he opened the door he said, "Welcome to my humble abode." And after that, anytime he came to class we would say that to him. That same day he insisted on playing Rapstar on Xbox to prove he didn't have old man taste in music. I've never seen him sweat so much, peacoat and all. Love you Mike, I miss you buddy
Dios de dara la fuerza suficiente para salir de este momento, pues El es nuestro refugio y nuestra fortaleza. Mi mas sentido pesame.
With deep sorrow I Express my condolences to Family and friends of Michael Canals.
May God with his almighty Grace console the hearts of those who love and know Michael.
Amen.
Just wanted to say that everytime I was working with him he was always smiling and he was a cool and wonderful guy. He will be truly truly missed and sending prayers to all was love by him.
My deepest sympathies to the Canals family.
I met Mike when he was working at punchline philly. Mike was truly a kind hearted soul. We bonded over stories about family and traveling. One conversation I recall Mike and I had was the love for sports. So I gifted him with tickets to the Philly's/ Sixers games as a small token of my gratitude for him being so kind whenever we talked. Mike will truly be missed by so many....
Mike was hard working and nice person to work with,he was always on the move with a smile his face. We will miss at the MET.My prayers are with your family!!
I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Michael as a kind and warm-hearted young man during his time at Colts Neck High School. My prayers are with you all.
In the short time I worked with Mike, he was one of my favorite people. He was always positive and polite. I had to intercept him on numerous occasions when I needed help, and he always delivered. He was a good soul and my prayers are with his family and loved ones. May your happy memories with Mike bring you some comfort during this difficult time. He will not be forgotten!
Sending love & strength to Mike's family. Mike was a fantastic coworker and person. His bright spirit will continue to shine on.
Mike was a great person too work with. Always on top of things and always helping people out. I hope he finds peace.
Mike was such an amazing and positive presence within the Live Nation family, and I feel lucky to have known him over the past couple of years. I send my condolences to his family and all of those close to him for this tragic loss.
Mike was one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. His passion for life and music was so admirable. He always made me smile and always lit up a room when he entered it. He will be so dearly missed.
I’ve never seen someone so dedicated to a team each and every day. Mike was able to lead so many different teams at Live Nation across eight venues, but watching him each day at the Met lead the gates was so comforting, inspiring, and enthralling. He took so much care into each and every security guard, ticket taker, and guest. You never had to worry about the gates running properly - Mike was always there, Mike was always able to handle anything that was thrown at him. When things got difficult with large men attempting to argue their way back in with me, Mike was always there to step in front of me and help me handle it. He was so protective of the whole team. So protective of every guest. That kind of authenticity and sincerity in your fellow management team is so coveted, and his presence at work will be noticed by everyone each and everyday, with no one who can properly fill that hole. He was the first person I hugged each day as I walked in the building, always smiling through the worst situations throughout my three years with him, (properly supported me through my first building evacuation in 2017 at the tower) and always the first person I wanted to turn to whenever something went wrong at work. The best person to drink a Miller High Life with after a show to take the edge off. I vow to remember him each day, and remember what we would’ve done when situations arise. “Mike would’ve loved that” or “Mike would’ve handled that no problem”. I hope wherever he is now he knows that he has over 500 coworkers who he has changed for the better, and he will always be one of our favorite team members. Shows won’t be the same without him.
To the family of Mike, I'm so sorry for your loss. I considered Mike a good friend and he was apart of a great work family with Live Nation and The Fillmore. I got to work with him and his good mood was always infectious. He always was smiling and always had a complement for someone. I will miss him alot.
