As a Realtor in Houston I had the privilege of working with Mike. His knowledge was unparalleled and customer service was amazing! I always knew my clients would get the best when they hired Mike and he was never too busy to answer questions or alleviate concerns. He was thorough and efficient but what I loved most about Mike is that he approached life with such a zest and passion and you just couldn’t help but feel happy in his presence. He was confident but approachable and in a business that can be stressful he was always a breathe of fresh air! My heart is broken for his family and I will miss his part he played in my business. His legacy will clearly live on as those who knew him will forever be changed and his impact is echoed in all these beautiful tributes. Prayers to everyone grieving his loss especially his precious Ana and sweet boys. ❤️
Michael was the son every parent would want. He married Ana, a wonderful girl , and had two fantastic boys Michael and Matthew. We are so proud of him. He never faltered from anything and always made sure his family came first. He had many, many friends who became his extended family. He was there for those in need and loved everyone. A well known prankster and you never knew what he was up to next or to whom it would be done. I can go on and on and loved to listen to his laugh. Joe and I will miss him deeply and our hearts are broken but we know that God has a greater plan for him. We know that he is watching his family from above and will give all of us the strength to continue living the legacy of love and family that he gave us. Love you so much MICHAEL. Mom and dad
Mike, my dearest friend, do-er of everything, and practical joker. I could mention any job or task that needed to be done, and you would know how to do it, or fix it. The only thing you couldn’t do was go to a restaurant and manage not to just hold one in until we got up to leave. Oh my! I will miss our practical jokes, making fun of each other, and endless birthdays when going out to eat. I will never forget all of us going to the diner after our workouts like a family, your egg whites, Belgian waffles, and your giant cookies. Not lost in any of your humor and continuous laughter was how caring of everyone you were. Always going out of your way to ensure everyone else was happy and taken care of! Thank you for being such a great brother! Your family and friends were lucky to have you in our lives, will never forget you, and will continue to do all of the things you did to make us all laugh and come together! Love you always brother! Tom
RIP Mike Catalfumo! No words can express this tremendous loss of an extraordinary friend , who battled the strongest and toughest roads with pancreatic cancer. If you never had a chance to meet or come in contact with Mike, you truly never experienced a man that lived a life to the fullest in every aspect! He will be remembered for a phenomenal husband, father, family man and friend❤️ A person who had an influence on all aspects of life! Absolutely one of the most humorous person. You were always enamored and gravitated to! You will surely be missed and always remembered !!! Thanks Ana Robatto Catalfumo, Michael, Matthew, my godson and family for welcoming and being apart of my lifeI love you Ana with all my heart and soul! You explemplify real friendship
I've known Mike for over 30 years, I have so many great memories I don't even know where to begin, we would cruise around Brooklyn (86th St) playing "it takes two" over and over again, starring in a half hour school special together, he has been like a brother to me that anyone would wish they would have, he had made such impact on my life that I wouldn't trade for anything in the world, I will miss him dearly, I remember when he met his amazing wife Ana, they are an incredible pair of true love and devotion to each other, and raised two amazing boys, a true testimont of who Mike was, I am deeply saddened, I know Mike will be watching over them, knowing Mike he will be watching over all us, that's just how he is, until we see each other again my best friend, love you Mike,
Brian,
So sorry for the loss of a beautiful father and my prayers go out to his wife and their sons at this time of grief..
Dear Ana, Joey, Lucy, Michael, and Matthew,
Our Hearts are just shattered by the loss of Michael. The world is a different place without him. Michael was a great Man who always placed his family and their well-being above his own needs. As long as his little family was happy, Michael was content. I look back on special conversations I had with him and realize that he had so many Outstanding Qualities. Michael was determined in business yet soft and sensitive with his family. He was so nervous about the birth of his first baby because he told me "I just cant stand to see my wife in pain or suffering" "They better keep her comfortable and make this a good experience for her!". Of course I assured him that they would and that she would want to do it all again. Michael said, "That's up to Ana! Everything is up to Ana!". Michael always tried to put a smile on your face and make you laugh. He was truly an Angel on Earth taken way too soon.
With All Our Love
Our Sincere Condolences

I am heartbroken over losing Michael. Words cannot express how much you will be missed. You were the little brother I never had. Even though we went off in different directions we managed to stay connected. I love you cuz was always the way we ended our texts or phone calls. I will carry you in my heart always❤️...
Your cousin Michele
We are devastated by Michael’s passing. He was more than our cousin, he was our brother. He will be watching over all of us now and having Sunday dinner with Grandma while they wait for the rest of us to join them. Ana, Michael, Matthew, Uncle Joey and Aunt Lucy - we pray for strength for you and that one day you will be able to laugh again, as he always wanted you to. We love you. - Stan, Gina, Mercury and Raven Pillis
I only knew Mike a short time, but my favorite memory was when Noah hit the home run at the West Little York fields in the direction of Mike's new car. Mike all of a sudden started saying "No No No" because of how hard the ball was hit afraid it was going to make it to his windshield. He then immediately switched to "yes yes yes" when he realized our team hit the ball.
Gonna miss you buddy!
We are very saddened by your loss. He is with the Angels and out of pain. Anna you are a very strong person and Michael will be watching over you always . Love to you and the family. Regretfully Uncle Danny and Annette.
Wow. Sorry to here this. My sincere condolences. ...................Al Catalfumo...................
To the Catalfumo Family,
I still cannot believe that Mike is gone. God picked a very special man Mike had such a zest for life. Loved his wife Ana, his children Michael and Mattthew. Also, his parents Lucy and Joe. He always had that special smile. Always welcoming everyone to his home that he was so proud of. With the very short life he had he achieved so many goals. We will never forget you Mike. Rest In Peace my friend. Until we meet again. May my prayers to God be heard to watch over this beautiful family and keep them strong.
