Dear Scott and family,

My heart goes out to all of you. Carol was a special person, and will be dearly missed. When I took over the Clerk of Session position from her at church, she was kind enough to invite me to her house and "show me the ropes". I will never forget sitting at her kitchen table going over the books, while she explained what would be expected of me as Clerk. She had served for SIX consecutive years in the position, and I'm still trying to figure out how she kept her sanity! Carol served the Lord well, and I am sure she is now resting peacefully in His house.
