Saddened to hear of the passing of my Dear beloved friend rusty,

As a young man I was a missionary near his home and some of my fondest memories in life were spending time with rusty and his dog Larry- rusty had an amazing story telling talent and I reflect so very often on things I learned from him and his unique approach to life, especially regarding fatherhood. What a special human.

I’m happy to know he’s reunited with his boy- I know that was his biggest longing in life and what a beautiful reunion that must’ve been.
