I met Bruno when I was thirteen and a counselor in training at Camp Briar Hill. I will never forget his energy, his smile, or when he'd come up to me and sing "Skinnamarink" and give me a hug just because he felt like it.

And although we didn't really talk, I felt pretty fortunate that my favorite little camper and I had gotten back in touch through Facebook as adults, and that he remembered me.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around it all. In particular, why I feel like there's this gaping hole in my heart for someone I haven't seen or spoken to in years.

I guess some people just have that much of an impact, regardless of whether you've known them a few minutes, a lifetime, or in between.

Dearest Bruno, I am so glad our paths crossed for that brief moment in time, back in the summer of 1987. Thank you for the beautiful memories. You are very, very missed.

I always enjoyed golfing with Bruno for hours to the point bats came out. Bruno was always a pleasure to spend time with and I cannot express how he will be missed. RIP

Bruno we sure did have some amazing times over at the compound. Those times were beyond exceptional and led towards for what Most people could consider a lifetime of amazing memories that will always be with us. Bruno I will always remember your smile and laugh. You were a neighbor and friend my entire life. No matter how much time went by when I saw you it was like no time went by at all. Everyone that met Bruno was immediately drawn to his energy. He was always in a good mood and brought laughter whenever around. I met Bruno many years ago while partying in Manasquan and instantly knew he was a great guy and awesome friend to all. Bruno, you will be deeply missed!!
