I helped take care of Mr. Segal every week in the office. I always looked foward to seeing Mr. Segal and his lovely wife. I am so sad to hear of his passing and he will always have a special place in my heart. Rip

Sending condolences to the Segal family Dave was a great man and friend I will miss our talks.

So sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. It was a sincere pleasure knowing and working with him as a running mate on the Freehold Township Committee. I shall remember him always in my daily prayers and thoughts. My deepest sympathy and condolences to Cecil and his family.

My dad passed away on Sept. 5 and Dave sent his sympathies to our family. Dedicated service from Dave and others made Freehold Twp the wonderful, well-planned, desirable town it is today. Death took Dave away; but his unselfish good works, his dedication to community service, his sincere caring, his counsel and his wisdom survives him - it does not die with him. He lives forever in our reality, in our minds, in our consciousness and in our eternity. If community service is the dues that we pay to be members of the human race, then Dave’s dues have been paid in full.
