Condolences
Frank was a great Fraternity brother and friend at Gettysburg college. The world is going to miss such a wonderful man with a big heart and infectious smile.
Dear Joe and family,
I just saw a video of your families Pizzeria and found out that Frank had passed. Our family owned the Crystal Bakery across the street from Joe's. We ate there all the time and Frankie, as we knew him, use to help me with my homework when he came into the bakery. I was in Jr. High. Your father was such a good and kind person. Please give my condolences to your family.
Sincerely,
Valerie (Miller) Smith
Joe & the Fiore Family, I just learned of Franks passing & am deeply saddened by same. My father took our family to Joe's Pizza way back in the early forties when a plain pie was a $1.00. Over the next 60 plus years I took my family to Joe's & now my son & grandson take their families there, so we have known your family all the way back to the beginning. Time has gone by so fast & with the passing of Frank makes it seam even faster as another generation has died. Frank was a good man, worked hard, suffered the worst tragedy any human being could suffer, & bounced back to live the rest of his life with a new family. May he rest in peace, my sincere sympathies to all of you. Ret. Lt. William E. Young Sr. SOPD
Being with Frank was always an enjoyable experience. He was a very interesting gentleman. Joe especially enjoyed bowling with him years ago. He will be fondly remembered. Terri and Joe Mandrillo

I first met Frank at Gettysburg in1957 and we became lifelong friends. We have spent many times together long after we left school. He was part of the OMalley family and I was proud to be a Fiore, from Irvington to Pittsburgh the jersey shore ski trips to Utah,California and Colorado and many other get togethers.I miss him dearly. To Teri and all the extended family(Hi Joey) you can be so proud to be part of his most generous life and unconditional love.Teri you won't have to break up anymore wrestling matches-but for just one more.I send my sincerest love and feelings to you all the family and friends.Frank was truly one of a kind.
My Dearest Uncle Frank, We shared much laughter thru the years and I never saw you with out a smile. You always had a big hug and kiss for me and always made me feel cherished. Thank You for being a big part of my life. You will be greatly missed.

The heavenly gardens will be even more beautiful now. And oh, the fig trees will be bursting with fruit this year!! Although our hearts are hurting now, we know you are resting in the sweetest eternal peace. We were lucky to have had you in our family and even luckier to have another angel to watch over and guide us.
So very sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. I’ve only known Frank a couple of years but from the moment I met him he made me feel like we’ve known each other much longer. We had lots of laughs together on the bowling team and any time we were together. May he Rest In Peace and God Bless. Jim LeCount

"When you were born, you were crying and everyone else was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone else is crying." Missing my dear brother-in-law.

condolences to the family
My cousin always had a smile and a big hug for you when ever he saw you. He always wanted to know how you were doing. He was a kind and caring man and will be missed. My prayers go out to his family.
I have known Franklin all my life because his father and my grandfather both came here from Italy so there were a lot of good times together and whether or not we shared a bloodline, we thought of each other as family.
In addition to his warm & loving heart, I will never forget his smile & how his eyes lit up a room when he smiled.
RIP sweet man.
I will never forget how special “Uncle Frank” made me feel. He always had that beautiful smile on his face. Whenever I saw him, he would say
Hi Godchild I love you”❤️.. I can picture you and my dad in heaven laughing and hugging like old times.
My brother-in-law, how we all love you. Thank you for all the fun and pranks we played on each other throughout our lives as a family. I will miss you #1 till we meet again.
Remembering Frank’s wonderful and gentle soul will forever remain in my heart. We were bowling partners and shared in the Lambda Chi Alpha brotherhood. His friendships at Equestra were many. May he Rest In Peace...he will be missed!
