Dear Mrs. Congo, Michelle, Doreen, Christine and the whole family, I am so very sorry to hear this terrible news. I just watched that beautiful video and it made me smile. You have a wonderful, loving family and it makes me happy to think you have one another during this really difficult time. There are no words to comfort you, but please know I am thinking of all of you. I will always remember Mr. Congo for his quick smile and his warm, welcoming, friendly personality.
