Sincerest Condolences to my family,
Pleasant childhood memories from my Grandmother’s home in Ridgewood consist of a house full of family, an abundance of food and two dogs: Princess and Sherry. During the eighties, my sister and I watched iconic T.V. shows on the old-fashioned set, sun tanned in the back yard with Aunt Kathy and shopped in boutiques with Aunt Paula. I remember simple life skills taught by Nonna Teresa: how to sweep under furniture, clean string beans with a knife and mind tomato sauce simmering on the stove top. You labored during your lifetime. Rest easy now Grandmother.
Love,
Maria Valentini (Giambruno)
