Amazing woman, loving sister and best friend..... I miss you terribly, but take comfort in knowing you are now without pain, breathing easily and walking unencumbered among God's Angel's. So rest well, sing loud, laugh big and know that I will see you again on the other side. You are in my heart forever.

Judy was an outstanding educator and leader. She was serious about her job in educating students and later in providing professional leadership to staff. She could always be counted on to fulfill any task quickly and with a great deal of thought.
She was a professional upon whom you could depend and a person it was a delight to know. She will be remembered fondly.
I am so sorry for your loss.
Judy was a very special lady who taught me so much while working with her at the Asbury Park school district.

Condolences to family. Dr. Judy Frances was an excellent educator and supporter of my ELL students in the Asbury Park School District. A friend who gave kindness and love. A good sense of humor. A leader in education. Remember her dearly. R.I.P.

The loss of Judy so dear to us, is not easy. She was kind and gentle, a lover of all life and truly made a positive difference in many lives.
A special heart has stopped beating, a beautiful soul ascended to heaven and we part with Judy in sorrow for the days that will not be, but are filled with fond memories of what was.
She brought humor and happiness to many days across the years. It was an honor and blessing to have Judy as a dear friend,
Now she is surrounded by welcoming angels and God's love for eternity.
If there is a casino in heaven, I'm sure she is already winning and having a good time.

With great sympathy to all.
