Condolences
Dear Helen, Jennifer,Edward, and Family
We treasure the friendship we shared for nearly forty years which was marked by a multitude of great times and laughter. Eddie embraced a love of life that he gladly shared with all who knew him. We were privileged to have had him as our dearest friend and will always honor his memory. He will be sorely missed. Annette and Frank Capaldo
Our dearest friend, Eddy, was a gracious, hospitable, humble, caring, sincere, fun, generous and joyful human being rolled into one adorable character! We were very lucky 53 years ago to move next door to Eddy and Helen when we were first married on East 6th St., Brooklyn. It didn't take long before we were invited to all the Danza parties and we became adopted Danza's. On East 6th St. night wiffel ball was a staple. Eddy and Helen stayed in Brooklyn after we left but we were bonded for life in our hearts. The Danza's moved to NJ not too far from us (YEAH) and we always had a special Christmas dinner every year. Eddy being Eddy always tried to order alittle extra something so we could all share something to enjoy and if he liked the people sitting next to us he insisted that they share as well, "Just taste it he would say!" Ed when you get to heaven God surely has plans for you. We can see you at the gate greeting everyone of the new entries with a mint and a cordial! If there ever was a person who loved people it was you. You always looked for the best in people and that's why we know you can be heavens best Social Director! Our loss will be heaven's gain! We love you Eddy Danza!
My sincerest condolences to all the family and relatives of Eddie. I grew up.in the old Brooklyn neighborhood and knew the Danza family well. I went to school with Eddie at Montfort in Bayshore, New York. I remember is kindness ,smile, and great ability at playing soccer. My prayers for all the family from Italy. Rosario Caputo (Ross).
Aunt Helen, Jennifer, Edward and all your family,
I am so sorry for your loss of such an amazing man, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend to so many! To me…..Uncle Eddie was the most giving and loving man…..who truly made me feel cared for and very much a part of the family! He touched so many of us with his jokes, laughter, and giving heart. When I borrowed his truck and had an accident- he was so understanding and was more concerned about me and getting back to college on my own. He also stepped in for both Vera and I…..when we got married - offering all of his support and love, once again caring for us. He has always been and will continue to be a man I admire and have the best best memories of!
My prayers and loving support are with you! Keep sharing his laughter with all! Love you.
A Soldier’s prayer
In honor of Uncle Eddie’s military service:
(This prayer is a tradition among fellow soldiers)
“Lord, hold this soldier in your loving hands. Protect him as he protected us. Bless him and his family for the selfless acts he performed for us in our time of need. Amen.

So sorry for your loss. Many nice memories
One of my Favorite Memories of my Uncle Eddie was when I was about 12 and I would ride my bike to the Ave U store to help out and one day I left my bike outside the store and it was stolen!! I was so upset!! So a few days later I was in front of the store and saw this kid riding my bike and he lived on East 9th street, I ran in and told Uncle Eddie and he said “ are u sure it’s your bike??” I said “ yes!!” So he walked with me to the kids house and told the kid go get your father and when the guy came out Uncle Eddie said “ that’s my nephew’s bike!! Your son stole it Now give it back to him. The guy was panicking lol! Gave me the bike apologizing lol!!! I rode my bike back to store while uncle Eddie followed beside me, he was my hero that day!! And for years after. Love u uncle Eddie, your nephew Peter.
