We already miss Jim at the end of his driveway, always ready with a beep beep, wave, and pleasant conversation. His vitality and zest for life couldn’t help but put a smile on your face and we count ourselves lucky to have been neighbors for nearly 20 years. He was a kind and caring man who with be thought of fondly and missed.

Having been neighbors with the Offil’s for more than 25 years, Rick and I will greatly miss Jim’s presence in our lives. He was always upbeat and jovial and could always be counted on for a good story or joke. Despite having no family of his own in his life, Jim had us and a lot of friends in his corner to help him keep an independent life until his death which we are so thankful for as it was his plan to never leave the home he loved.
