I graduated from Holmdel High School with Melissa, but we moved in different circles so I really didn't get to know her until we became friends on Facebook. There, she said of herself, "I'm all about my family." And over the last several years, I have seen that borne out on social media. I'm so glad that I finally got to know Melissa. God bless you all.

I also met Melissa through the 17 day diet community, we are all like family even though we live miles apart & had never met. Melissa is like a sister to many of us and her presence will be missed dearly, we shared many stories & recipes along the way. Rest In Peace, we love you Melissa.

I too belonged to the 17DD and met Melissa there. Always with a smile on her face and encouraging words for others. May she now Rest In Peace.

Melissa and I met though out 17DD Challenges. It was so easy to see how people gravitated to her. So full of positivity for her fellow challengers. A lovely soul. I will always remember her spirit and determination for healthy living.
