Obituary of Fred Howard Garfinkle

Fred Howard Garfinkle, 67, of Howell passed away at home on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.  He was born in Brooklyn, raised in Queens and settled here in 1980.  Fred was interested in all things cars and worked in the automotive industry his whole life.  He loved traveling and in his spare time could be found fishing, boating and scuba diving. Though he had many interests and hobbies, Fred’s greatest treasure was his friends and family. 

He was predeceased by his parents, Abe and Rhoda Garfinkle.  Fred is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Hilda Garfinkle of Howell; two children, Danielle Lyons and her husband, Shaun of Lido Beach, NY, and Michelle Tsimura and her husband, Robert of Freehold Township; four grandchildren, Gracie, Lucy, Daisy and Lola; two dogs, Maximus and Pixie; and his former wife and friend, Diane Cuttler of Freehold Township.
