Condolences
Juanita and family,
So sorry to hear about Billy. I only have great memories of the boys playing hockey together, the restaurants as we traveled around the State w/ the Titans and our “police stories”.
It was privilege to have worked with Bill for as long as I did. He will be missed but never forgotten. May you Rest in Peace my friend.

Juanita, my condolences to you and the family. Bill and I were classmates in the 103rd Class. I have some good memories of the academy and those 6 months we shared back in '85. Bill and I were same platoon and barracks. I particularly recall evenings during free time where we'd all be relaxing, shining gear or prepping for the next day. To this day I can still hear Bill in the background telling his stories or expounding on another's. He would laugh and his voice would rise above the room. Always something positive to share. Glad to have known and worked with him. A good man.
