Condolences
Just heard about Ken today, so very sorry to hear. I worked with Ken at MIC in Raritan. He was a great guy and a fun person to be with. May he Rest In Peace.

We were classmates and angered the teacher by talking to each other in class. He was easy to talk to - with a smile that was almost a laugh. -Bill Kirk
Ken and Elizabeth lived next door to my wife Annette and I on Brookwood Drive for a number of years. Our properties were separated by a low white picket fence. Ken was a hard worker, always working on something outside (mowing the lawn, painting the fence, trimming shrubs, cleaning/maintaining the pool, etc.). Often I would be outside working at the same time as Ken, so we would often stop work for a few minutes so we could chat across the fence catching up on our families, when and where we were planning to go on our next vacation, etc.
Ken loved his children and grandchildren. He would often play with them in the backyard in the pool or on the trampoline that Ken had set up.
I will greatly miss Ken and those chats across the fence. Praying for God's comfort for Liz and the children and granchildren.
Mr. Koharki was the sweetest, gentlest guy—even when Kim and I were raising hell in our high school years. He and Beth helped my husband and I find both of our homes, often holding one of my children while we looked at the houses! My favorite memory is of one of many fancy dinners in Manhattan to which Ken & Beth treated Kim and me. Somehow the restaurant mistakenly thought that Ken was the sous chef at one of the most exclusive restaurants in the city, and the manager approached Ken to ask him about how things were going at his restaurant. Ken just rolled with it without blinking—convinced the manager he was in fact the sous chef of Cafe Grey. Oscar-worthy performance! Ken was an incredible person who so obviously loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be missed and I’m so honored to have known him for so long. All of our love to the family.
Kenny and I have been friends since we were on the same little league team in 1959. Ken's dad was our coach. We remained friends and team mates throughout high school. Ken was a good, and caring man. He will be missed by many. RIP my friend. Ron Klein
I will never forget all the good times we had with Ken and family at the Old Yorke Inn and down the Jersey Shore. When you were around Ken you knew you would have a great time! Rest in peace my friend! Ed Doody
I would like to share my fondest memories about my brother Ken is the day he walked me down the isle at my wedding, his stories and having him as a brother, and the last time that we had spoken on the phone a couple of weeks ago I said at the end of our conversation, I Love you Ken and he said I Love you too! I will keep that in my heart forever, Rest in peace.
