Having been fortunate enough to have known and worked with Lucy for so many years, it’s hard to put into words how sad I am that the world has lost such a wonderful, loving, caring, energetic, and compassionate person. Lucy’s family meant everything to her and I always was so touched by how much she loved each of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her stories about them were filled with love, and she also shared her heart with all of the members of the Howell Senior Center, where we worked together for so many years. Her heart was huge, and there was always room in it for anyone who needed her help.

I wish her beautiful family comfort from happy memories and I have no doubt that she will continue to shine in your hearts as she watches over you from above.

My parents, Helen and Gene Clark, spent many bus trips with Lucy and Don, all with fun and fond memories that they were happy to share with me. Lucy always had a smile for everyone.

Ms. Lucy RIP I know you're in heaven. I'm sure they welcomed you there with open arms. Thank you for being there for me when I most needed it. You were an angel on earth.

Grandma Lucy was truly a walking angel on earth. She was held in such high regard, respected & loved by so many. Lucy touched everyone just by being the friendly, lovable, wonderful lady she was. Everyone knew Lucy & were better for it. She was a role model for all to see. She gave of herself freely to family, friends & strangers- she would give her time, her smile, a conversation & of course that Lucy laugh- yes she gave from her heart. I have so many memories, ones I will treasure & hold dear to my heart- for Lucy truly was an angel on earth sent by God above. My deepest sympathy to all the family. Jade

Click to send condolences or share a memory. When I look back there are way too many memories to share, happy ones, of barbecues, pool parties, holidays, weddings, and babies. Some sad ones, a house fire, sickness, and the loss of our loved ones. Aunt Lucy was there with either a smile, a laugh, a hug, a phone call, a visit or loving words of support. It is with a heavy heart that I send my sympathy and love to all of you. I will miss her.
