Obituary of Kifle H. Mariam

Kifle H. Mariam, 73, of Manalpan passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was born and raised in Ethiopia and had immigrated to the United States in 1981 and had lived in Washington before settling to Manalapan in 1987. Kifle worked as an Engineer at Lucent Technologies for 36 years, this was a job he took great pride in and always cherished the friends he made while working there. He was always helping others and was known for changing people for the better. Kifle offered many the American Dream and their success are from his help and guidance. He was an avid book collector and reader, He loved nothing more than spending his days reading, walking around the park, or having lunch at his favorite restaurant Panera bread.

Kifle is predeceased by his mother, Abaynesh Hailemariam. He is survived by his brother Yilak Hailemariam, his nephew, Michael Hailemariam and his loyal family friends.
