Obituary of Frances Occhipinti

Frances Occhipinti, 89, of Freehold passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. Frances was born in New York City and lived in Brooklyn before moving to Freehold. Frances worked her whole life in the telecommunications industry, first for AT&T in New York City as a telephone operator then retiring as a payroll specialist for Bell Atlantic in New York City.

Frances was predeceased by her two sisters, Giorgina Occhipinti and Esther Tron. She is survived by her two nephews, Barrie Rene Tron and his wife, Alexandra Thomson of Arlington, VA and Alan Tron and his wife, Constance Whitrock of Colorado Springs, CO; two great nieces, Zoë Tron and Allie Tron; two great nephews, Theodore Tron and Griffin Tron; and a great-great nephew, Edan Kelley.

A memorial gathering will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Friday, October 27, 2023 from 9:30 AM until her 11:00 AM Memorial Service.
