Dear Anna Marie

I am so saddened to learn of Joe’s passing. Hopefully, you and your girls can take some comfort knowing that a Joe’s was so well thought of by so many people. He was kind and thoughtful and just fun to work with.

I will keep him and you in my prayers.

We will all sure miss him at Chelsea! I remember the first time he came in to be assessed with Anna Marie. I knew they’d make such a positive and lively addition to the Chelsea community, and boy did they. Joe was always smiling, laughing, getting into trouble lol and making everyone around him laugh! I remember one day Anna wasn’t feeling well and he went out on a bus trip with Monique and brought back a beautiful bouquet of flowers for her. Such a sweet guy. We will miss you Joe!
