Obituary of Patricia Anne O'Neill
Patricia Anne O’Neill, 79, of Manchester passed away at home on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. She was born and raised in New York and had moved to Hazlet with her husband, John, to raise their family. She later retired to Manchester. Patricia was a registered nurse at NYU hospital before dedicating her life to raising her family. Throughout her life, Patricia was known for her selflessness and dedication to her loved ones. She was a talented artist, an avid bowler, and always involved in her children's school and soccer events. In her free time, Patricia enjoyed making gingerbread cookies for Christmas, celebrating the 4th of July with family BBQs, fishing with her grandchildren and participating in the Quilting Club at Leisure Village West in Manchester. Patricia cherished her role as Nana to her grandchildren. Her greatest joy was being a mother to her son James, and she deeply missed him after his passing.
She is predeceased by her husband, John O’Neill; son, James O’Neill and sister, Florence Ryan. Patricia is survived by her three children, Tracy Buczynski and her husband, Paul of Howell, Phillip O’Neill of Cranford and Lori Twardos and her husband, John of Howell; ten grandchildren, Emily, Paul Jr, Katie, Luke, Sean, Liam, Finley, Andrew, Ryan and Jake.
Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township, New Jersey on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 12:00-3:30 PM with her funeral service to follow.
