From the time I entered this world, I was Daddy’s little girl. He was the first man I loved and till this day my everlasting hero. As a little girl I loved watching and being with my daddy with whatever he may have been doing, from fixing things around the house, him taking me fishing as little girl or to see the horses.
As a little girl the moment he would walk thru the front door from a day of work, I would run into his arms and say, Daddy! You’re home! I loved him so much I thought I could marry him . At the age of 4 years old I can remember me saying, Daddy will you marry me when I get older.
My dad loved his family beyond any measure. There is nothing he wouldn’t do to help anyone of his children, grandchildren, or a friend in need.
He loved his grandchildren! He loved taking them to Manasquan to see fireworks, taking each one of them on vacations to Florida, he especially loved his one on one moments taking Chris fishing. He would get to any of the grandchildren’s events 2 hrs early to get front row seats. We were all his greatest pride and joy!
My dad gained another son thru my husband Justin, he loved talking to him all through out the day, spending every free moment with us. I will forever be grateful for every memory we made with my dad. The relationship the two of them had is beyond beautiful.
In a world that no one is perfect, my daddy will forever be perfect. I will forever be thankful and blessed that he showed me his love and never let me forget his love till the moment he had to take his last breath. I love you Daddy, I couldn’t keep you here but I promise I will take care of Mommy.
