Long Time Friend and Christian brother to all his loved ones left behind. Steve and I were very close and shared many wonderful experiences together. His generous heart was too big as he always gave his all and was loved by everyone who knew him. As colony brother at Americas Keswick Steve would make pizzas for the recovering drug and alcohol residence at the Colony of Mercy at Americas Keswick every year for the Super Bowl Games. One year I had the priviledge of making over 50 GIANT sized pizza's for the men during the half time of the game. Steve loved serving others and it was my joy and honor as one year Steve personally asked me to help him with the task. I never laughed and had so much fun in my life as that night during the Super Bowl Game. When I had a vacation from my job Steve would insist I stay with him at his then residence in Sea Side, and sharing a movie and reminiscing with Steve of old child hood times and the fun the years past had brought. My heart was always warmed and thankful that I knew him well. And I know because of his faith in our Eternal Lord Jesus Christ we will be home together again. I will miss you Steve as those who never had the pleasure of knowing you. Steve Mongioi was a friend I will never forget. He was close to my mom as well and always asked me about her. My mom Rose who recently went home as well is enjoying his presence with their Lord and other loved ones as well. My condolences to his family.
