Dear Jackie, Patty, Maryellen, Maureen, and Allison - I just found out today (Thursday evening) of Aunt Peg's passing. I'd like to extend my deepest sympathy to all of you at this sad time. I am sorry I can not attend the wake or funeral, please know you are in my thoughts at this time. May her soul rest in everlasting peace. Fondly, Cousin Moira and Grace
My Dear Patty & Family, I am so sorry for your lost. Your mom was GREAT!! Every time I saw her, which was only through scouting events, she always had a smile on her face and a story to tell. She would hold my hand, which always felt so soft and cuddly, and ask "and how are you today". She brightened my inside and outside everytime. Your mom was a very, very special person. I remember one scouting event, I went over to your mom {she was also our mom or grandma} and as I started to talk to her, she looked over to this direction, where you were standing Patty, and said "isn't she beautiful". I know and understand the sadness and pain you and your family are going through I have walked your path before. A very special person once told me "they are gone, don't celebrate their death celebrate their life they gave and the life they left". So remember all the good times you had with her, her smile, her touch, special moments, special events and celebrate. My prayers are with you and your family. God Bless. Shrabanee
