We are devastated by this loss. Joe was a friend of mine from years ago. I had not seen him in many years until my kids entered Barkalow Middle school. He was going to have my twin sons Tyler and Cameron in his class. He told me he was excited and was looking forward to it. We touched base through email but Joe was the best man at my wedding in 1998. My love goes out to Barbara and his three beautiful children Connor, Caitlin and Meghan.
