Obituary of Charlotte Fichtner

Charlotte L. Fichtner, 97, of Freehold Township passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at the Manor, Freehold Township. Charlotte was born in New York City, NY, raised in Bethlehem, PA and had spent her married life in the Bronx, NY and Floral Park, Long Island before moving to Freehold Township in 2013. She was a former member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Floral Park. Charlotte was predeceased by her husband, Francis E. Fichtner. She is survived by her son, Paul Fichtner and his wife, Rose Lea; her daughter, Virginia A. Gallo of Floral Park, Long Island; two grandchildren, Charlotte Singh and her husband, Atul and Christina Blanc and her fiancé, Steve Dierlam; two great grandchildren, Maya and Devin Singh. A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township, NJ on Sunday, July 27, 2014 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 11:00 AM graveside service on Monday, July 28, 2014 at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale, Long Island, NY.
